We recognize that our people and the communities in which we live and work are enriched by volunteer service. That’s why TXU Energy’s Community Time Off policy was created to support and encourage employees in their personal volunteer efforts.
The program, which gives full-time employees up to eight hours of time off to volunteer in a community-centered program of their choice, is introduced to mark the first anniversary of our corporate-wide volunteer program, Energy In Action.
